Dogs need to be current on Rabies, DHLPP, and Canine Cough. All vaccines should be administered at least 7 to 10 days before your dogs scheduled arrival. We need a copy of your dogs latest vaccination certificate for our files. Most vets are more than happy to fax a certificate of vaccination here for you or you can bring a copy when you check in.
It is a great idea to have the canine cough vaccine done at your dog’s annual vet visit. It is required for boarding and not something that is always mentioned while you’re at the vet. If a surprise get away weekend comes up, it’s great to know that you’re set for boarding! Use of Frontline, Frontline Plus, or Advantix is recommended before arrival.
